Service Description

Welcome to our pack! This mandatory 15-minute consultation is our first step before any dog walking or pet care services can be booked. We will visit your home to meet you and your pet, run through a behavioural check, test key access, and review your completed intake form. FAQ: Why do you require a Meet & Greet days before the service begins? Answer: Your pet’s safety and comfort are our absolute priorities! A separate Meet & Greet is a mandatory industry standard for several crucial reasons: Building Trust First: Turning up alone to open your door while you are away can be incredibly stressful or alarming for a pet. Meeting us beforehand ensures your pet already recognizes our face, scent, and voice, making our first official visit a happy, stress-free experience. Reviewing Routines: We use this time to carefully walk through your pets unique personality, training commands, triggers, and medical needs without being rushed. Logistics & Security: It gives us time to securely test house keys, learn alarm codes, and locate your pet's walking gear (leash, harness, towels, treats, etc).Safety Verification: It allows us to physically verify that your pet is comfortable with our team before we officially accept the booking.
